¿Qué harás?
Conocer a fondo los productos de Ecolab, las operaciones de planta del cliente, sus objetivos de negocio y la normativa vigente.
Desarrollar planes estratégicos para cumplir metas de ventas y visitas de servicio/asesoría.
Preparar y presentar propuestas sobre productos, equipos y servicios innovadores de Ecolab.
Brindar asesoría en sanitización, seguridad, calidad y operaciones; incluyendo planes de limpieza, procedimientos estándar, evaluación de procesos, implementación de mejoras y formación de personal.
Gestionar productos y equipos de Ecolab: instalación, pruebas, ajustes, control de inventario y pedidos.
Implementar compromisos con cuentas corporativas e informar proactivamente a los Gerentes de Cuenta sobre resultados, desafíos e iniciativas.
Comunicarte eficazmente con todos los niveles del personal de planta y construir relaciones sólidas.
Cumplir con las normas de seguridad de Ecolab y reportar incidentes.

Requisitos mínimos:
Título universitario o equivalente en ciencias de alimentos, lácteos, agricultura, ingeniería, química o áreas afines.
0 a 2 años de experiencia en ventas técnicas en sectores como carnes, alimentos procesados, lácteos, aves, bebidas o cervecería.
Licencia de conducir vigente y buen historial de manejo.
Disponibilidad para viajar en coche por la zona, incluyendo noches y fines de semana si se requiere.
Requisitos deseables:
Capacidad para vender productos con valor agregado.
Seguridad para tratar con clientes nacionales y multinacionales.
Habilidad mecánica general.

What You Will Do:
Build a solid understanding of Ecolab products, customer plant operations and business objectives, and applicable government regulations.
Develop strategic work plans for completing sales targets and service/consultation calls with new and existing customers.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab's innovative products, equipment and services.
Provide industry expertise to customers in terms of sanitation, safety, quality and operations; including assisting with sanitation plans and programs, standard operating procedures, evaluating processes and procedures, identifying and implementing operational efficiencies, and employee training.
Manage Ecolab products and equipment; participate in equipment installations, observe and test equipment and product performance, repair or adjust equipment, adjust chemical concentration levels, monitor product inventory and place orders.
Implement agreed upon corporate account commitments and proactively inform Corporate Account Manager (CAM's) of results, challenges and initiatives
Communicate effectively with all levels of plant staff; build strong business relationships and networks
Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements.
Position Details:
Route territory will include: Santiago

We are looking for candidates who reside in Santiago
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in dairy, food or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry or related field.
0-2 years technical sales experience in meat, processed food, dairy, and poultry sector or the beverage and brewing sector.
Possess a valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
Willingness and ability to travel by car throughout territory, including periodic overnight travel, could be required to be on-call during off-work hours and weekends when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to sell value-added products to customers.
Carry aptitude and confidence to deal with large national and multi-national customers
General mechanical ability.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
