🎯 Misión del cargo: Gestión de cuentas y desarrollo comercial en Calama


El principal desafío del rol será desarrollar, gestionar y expandir la cartera de clientes en la zona norte, asegurando relaciones comerciales sólidas y contribuyendo a los objetivos de crecimiento de la compañía.

La función requiere alta proactividad, visión de negocio y una orientación marcada a la excelencia en el servicio a clientes.

🏆 Principales responsabilidades en Account Management




  • Gestionar y potenciar la relación con clientes actuales de la zona asignada, generando oportunidades de desarrollo y fidelización.



  • Identificar, prospectar y captar nuevos clientes en el segmento industrial local.



  • Elaborar propuestas comerciales competitivas, negociando condiciones y cierre de ventas.



  • Realizar seguimiento efectivo del ciclo de ventas, velando por una experiencia de cliente sobresaliente y la resolución de incidencias.



  • Analizar indicadores comerciales y proponer estrategias para el logro de metas en la región de Calama.



  • Elaborar reportes comerciales periódicos y presentar resultados ante la jefatura.



  • Trabajar de manera coordinada con el equipo de soporte técnico, operaciones y postventa.

🔍 Perfil buscado: Experiencia comercial y foco en clientes




  • Título profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.



  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en cargos comerciales, gestión de cuentas o desarrollo de negocios, idealmente en sectores industriales, minería, construcción o servicios B2B.



  • Manejo intermedio de herramientas de gestión y análisis de datos (CRM, Excel, Power BI, etc.).



  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y presentación.



  • Alta motivación al cumplimiento de objetivos, autonomía y organización.



  • Residencia en Calama es indispensable o disponibilidad para trasladarse a la ciudad.



  • Movilización propia será muy valorada.
