Misión del puesto 


Actuar como representante de ventas de Sensedia en Chile, responsable de la adquisición de nuevos clientes (con foco en bancos y aseguradoras), el desarrollo de relaciones con socios estratégicos y el desarrollo de oportunidades existentes en el pipeline.

Esta persona desempeñará un papel clave en la expansión de Sensedia en el país, trabajando de forma autónoma y disciplinada, en constante colaboración con el equipo de Soluciones (con sede en Brasil y con presencia frecuente en Santiago).

¿Cuáles son sus responsabilidades?

  • Actuar como cazador de oportunidades para desarrollar nuevos negocios, con foco en bancos, aseguradoras y grandes empresas tecnológicas.

  • Ejecutar el proceso de ventas de principio a fin: prospección, alcance, reuniones, propuestas y cierre.

  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con socios estratégicos para generar demanda y avanzar en las oportunidades.

    Interactuar con los responsables de la toma de decisiones (CIO, ejecutivos de alto nivel y líderes tecnológicos/empresariales).

  • Asegurar el desarrollo del pipeline de ventas existente en Chile.

  • Representar a Sensedia en reuniones, eventos e iniciativas de mercado en el país.

  • Informar sobre los resultados y el progreso de las oportunidades de forma estructurada.


  • ¿Cuáles son los requisitos obligatorios?

  • Experiencia previa en ventas B2B (software, servicios o tecnología).

  • Experiencia en procesos de venta interna/búsqueda de talento y en el trabajo con grandes cuentas.

  • Experiencia en el sector financiero (bancos y aseguradoras).

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente (será el único representante de Sensedia en Chile).

  • Disciplina y organización para gestionar procesos de venta integrales.

    Sólidas habilidades de comunicación y negociación con altos ejecutivos.

  • Español nativo; se prefiere inglés.

    Residencia en Chile.
