Funciones del puesto


Como Account Executive en Zerviz, serás responsable de gestionar y ampliar las relaciones comerciales con clientes B2B en diversas industrias.

Tu rol combinará ventas estratégicas y ejecución táctica para cerrar negocios en las líneas de productos: Experience Management Cloud Solutions, Managed Services y Staffing/Outsourcing.

  • Identificar, calificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio en una cartera de clientes.

  • Comprender las necesidades del cliente, coordinar con equipos técnicos y de delivery para proponer soluciones a medida que agreguen valor real.

  • Desarrollar propuestas comerciales, realizar presentaciones y negociaciones, y gestionar todo el ciclo de ventas desde lead hasta cierre y onboarding.

  • Colaborar con marketing, operaciones y delivery para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y lograr ventas recurrentes.

  • Mantener pronósticos de ventas precisos, gestionar pipelines y cumplir con los objetivos de ingresos y margen.

  • Desarrollar relaciones de largo plazo con stakeholders clave, fomentando la satisfacción del cliente y referencias.

  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias de la industria, competidores y soluciones tecnológicas para posicionar a Zerviz como socio estratégico.

El/la candidato/a ideal combinará experiencia comprobada en ventas B2B, enfoque estratégico y habilidades de comunicación para entender y resolver las necesidades del cliente, mientras impulsa el crecimiento de la empresa en un entorno tecnológico en expansión.

Perfil y requisitos


Requisitos mínimos:

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en ventas B2B, con historial comprobable de logro de objetivos y crecimiento de ingresos.

  • Experiencia integral en las áreas de Experience Management, servicios gestionados y staffing/outsourcing (o capacidades equivalentes) en múltiples industrias.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y presentación; capacidad para construir relaciones de confianza con clientes y stakeholders internos.

  • Orientación a resultados, pensamiento estratégico, foco en valor para el cliente y capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.

  • Habilidad para gestionar ciclos de ventas complejos, colaborar con equipos técnicos y entregar soluciones a medida.

  • Proactividad, adaptabilidad y enfoque en aprendizaje continuo en un entorno tecnológico en crecimiento.

Requisitos deseables


Experiencia en ventas en sectores altamente regulados o con procesos de compra complejos.

Red de contactos con decision-makers en cuentas grandes y estratégicas.

Experiencia trabajando en equipos multiculturales y distribuidos.
Nivel de inglés conversacional (B2 -C1)
