Job description Senior Manager – Customer Infrastructure Services (CIS)Work ModeHybrid (combination of remote and on-site work)Who you are,Strategic leader with a business focus, responsible for overseeing infrastructure services (on-premise and cloud) for our client in Chile.

The role focuses on the quality of service, the relationship with stakeholders and the support of new business opportunities.Main Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate the quality of current CIS services delivered to the client- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders- Act as a point of contact for infrastructure-related needs and escalations- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that services are aligned with business objectives- Identify and support new business opportunities according to the client's requirements- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure continuity and improvement of the service- Contribute to strategic planning and service roadmap- Support in governance, reporting and performance reviewsRequirements- University degree in Administration, IT Management or related career- More than 10 years of experience in infrastructure services or customer-facing roles- Solid knowledge of IT service delivery (on-premise and cloud)- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Experience working with business clients in ChileDesirable- Experience in sectors such as mining, energy or industry- Familiarity with service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)- Bilingual (Spanish/English)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsKindly share English profile only, with net salary expectations (renta líquida mensual) EEO Infosys provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race; color; sex; gender identity; sexual orientation; religious practices and observances; national origin; pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions; or disability.
