¡El equipo de preventa de Oracle Communications Applications está contratando un ingeniero de ventas con amplia experiencia en telecomunicaciones y sólidos conocimientos de OSS, específicamente en orquestación, cumplimiento, gestión de inventario, activación de servicios, aseguramiento de red y servicios con el adicional de conocer el mundo BSS para los servicios de Facturación de servicios de telecomunicaciones!
  
  
El candidato ideal tendrá conocimiento de tecnologías de red y experiencia con diferentes proveedores en Wireline, Cable, Móvil y Proveedores Digitales.

Como Consultor de Ventas, serás responsable de brindar soporte técnico/funcional de preventa a clientes potenciales, asegurando la más alta satisfacción del cliente.
Se espera que entregues presentaciones y demostraciones de nuestras aplicaciones de forma convincente y de alta calidad.
Liderazgo, visión comercial y conocimientos técnicos son cualidades esenciales para este puesto.
Actuarás como recurso técnico y mentor para miembros menos experimentados del equipo de Consultoría de Ventas.
  
  
Deberás responder a solicitudes técnicas y funcionales (RFIs/RFPs), calificar técnicamente las oportunidades y realizar evaluaciones técnicas para los clientes de la región con el fin de identificar oportunidades de venta.
Una vez calificadas, participarás en el proceso presentando soluciones y capacidades de productos de manera convincente, desarrollando y/o entregando demostraciones personalizadas y pruebas de concepto (POC) para cumplir con los requisitos del cliente.
  
  
La capacidad de comprender requerimientos/problemas técnicos y transformarlos en oportunidades de venta es esencial.
Debes ser un contribuidor individual y actuar como miembro del equipo, brindando orientación y mentoría a otros.
  
  
Interactuarás con clientes clave de la región para discutir y apoyar actividades de modernización y ciclo de vida de redes de voz, con el fin de influir y guiar la estrategia tecnológica y las decisiones técnicas.
El enfoque estará en oportunidades de venta grandes o complejas que requieran soluciones creativas.
  
  
Desarrollarás relaciones sólidas y de confianza a mediano y largo plazo con clientes clave de la región, impulsando el desarrollo de negocios, ayudando a identificar nuevas oportunidades tanto en cuentas existentes como en nuevos prospectos.
  
  
**Cualificaciones Preferidas**
  
  
+ Experiencia previa en preventa/consultoría de ventas.
  
+ Más de 10 años de experiencia profesional, idealmente en roles consultivos o estratégicos de cara al cliente.
  
+ Experiencia en facturación empresarial de telecomunicaciones/redes.
  
+ Haber trabajado en un proveedor de servicios/telco en el área de TI/OSS, o en un proveedor de software BSS/OSS.
  
+ Experiencia en apoyo a estrategias de cuentas, desarrollo y ejecución de hipótesis de valor y casos de negocio.
  
+ Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, incluyendo la capacidad de generar insights accionables y comunicar ideas complejas de manera clara a ejecutivos senior de clientes, manejando preguntas y objeciones.
  
+ Conocimiento de tecnologías de red, incluyendo VPNs de Capa 2 y 3 / MPLS, Voz / VoIP, Metro Ethernet / Carrier Ethernet, DSL, Cable / DOCSIS, Redes Móviles, IPTV, y tecnologías de próxima generación como IMS, LTE y SDN/NFV, en una variedad de equipos de diferentes proveedores.
  
+ Habilidades prácticas con tecnologías como Xquery/XSLT, XML, Web Services, JMS, Java, Weblogic/J2EE, base de datos Oracle, entre otras (deseable).
  
+ Experiencia en dimensionamiento de ofertas y cotización de soluciones.
  
+ Habilidades muy sólidas de comunicación escrita, verbal, presentaciones e interpersonales.
  
+ Debe ser independiente, automotivado y dispuesto a aprender.
  
+ Disponibilidad para viajar entre 50% y 70% del tiempo.
  
  
**Responsabilidades**
  
  
Como  **Consultor Principal Master de Ventas** , serás responsable, como experto, de formular y liderar actividades de soporte técnico/funcional de preventa para clientes potenciales, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente.
Actuarás como recurso técnico y mentor para consultores de ventas menos experimentados.
  
  
Te enfocarás en oportunidades de venta grandes o complejas que requieran soluciones creativas y complejas.
Desarrollarás herramientas de productividad y entrenamientos para otros consultores de ventas.
Diseñarás y entregarás presentaciones y demostraciones sobresalientes de Oracle.
Liderarás todos los aspectos del proceso técnico de ventas y asesorarás a clientes internos y externos sobre soluciones arquitectónicas integrales.
  
  
**Responsibilities**
  
  
As a Master Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.
Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions.
Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants.
Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process.
Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
